MEDITATION

Meditation relax and slow down
You may find you breathing slowing down as you relax more
Don't force this,
Just breathe normally
Counting your breaths one by one
Experiment and see
Concentrate, or more accurately,
Be aware of your breathing.
Be aware of the sensation of air going in and out through your nostrils,
Or movement of your belly as you breathe
Try to breathe from your belly rather than from your lungs
When you exhale,
You will notice tension and negativity leaving.
As you inhale,
You may feel the air as a bright force filled with life and energy
Bringing you to a higher plain
So close your eyes
And learn to relax again.

A Curtains of Mist

The Autumn mists are coming the days are getting shorter
People put on woolly hats
And dresses not so short
How I love the Summer with mini’s everywhere
But now there legs are covered
From the cold night air
The Clouds seem to scratch the hills
With a silvery mist
As Summer turns to Autumn
Winter gives the Earth a kiss.

HYPNOTISES
An "altered state" of consciousness occurs when you Hypnotises yourself
Bringing you the freedom and utilizing the yin
So you can trust your unconscious mind.
Your lifetime of experiences are there for you alone to find
Alone in a dimly lit room you can stare
Into a space or a dot in the air
It can be sitting or lying down but don’t fall asleep,
Get yourself centred,
Just looking in front of you and breathing slowly and easily
Let yourself relax.
Discover how well you "internal clock" can keep track of the time for you
Self Suggestion
Try twenty minutes
But just in case set your Alarm Clock for Half an hour
Think and feel the weight of your Glasses on your nose
Or the Watch on your Wrist the a cap on your head
Or a chain around your neck or the Earrings in your ears
Feel them know them
And breath slowly
And before you know
Twenty minutes will be gone
Or you will hear your Alarm Clocks song.

I read your poem about hypnosis...sounds good! I've tried self-hypnosis to try and rid myself of the anxiety thatv takes over my waking hours...do you have any suggestions?
